I had a productive stay during a business conference with Travelodge. The check-in process was efficient, and the King Room provided a comfortable atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the convenience of nearby dining options, making it easy to grab meals between meetings. The spaciousness of the room allowed for a restful night after a long day of work.

I encountered a big security issue with a back door that opened only from the hallway with no handle or lock inside the room. There were also sightings of cockroaches, indicating an infestation in the area. The curtains had a gaping hole, leaving privacy compromised, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, with frequent interruptions during use. Finally, the electric failure lasted over an hour during my last morning, further diminishing the overall stay.

Enjoyed the spacious King Room with smoking amenities. The air conditioning worked wonderfully on a hot day. However, the room had a few issues. There were cigarette holes in the bedspread, which were disappointing for a nonsmoking designation. The shower head was damaged, leading to a less than ideal experience. The parking lot was full of potholes, making it challenging to navigate. Customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed abrasive and unhelpful during check-in. I wanted to check for a late stay until noon, but some staff rushed us out. A more accommodating attitude would have made a significant difference.

The non-stop smell in the room was unbearable, forcing us to purchase an air purifier. The outside environment felt unsafe with questionable people hanging around, which made for an uneasy night.

Our stay was quite flexible, especially since we had one child in tow. The roomy space made it easier for us to navigate the hotel, and there were plenty of options nearby for some fun family outings.

In my wife’s opinion, service could be improved, especially for families looking to relax.
